特性:
1、 旋转式流水线是为了鞋厂的节省而设计的,是鞋机鞋业的一种突破,而且和大型生产线功能不变的前提下,目前鞋业界的走向最适合这款旋转式流水线。它能节省人员,节省能源,节省成本,占地面积小,楦头回收快楦头不下线。
2、 旋转式流水线由上、下两层和移动红外线烤箱组合而成,上层是托盘,下层为鞋架式,同时采用目前前先进的红外线热风系统快速烘干烤箱,烤箱也可根据生产情况随时移动,红外线也设计有一次处理,二次刷胶功能,上、下层的温度保持*理想效果。
3、 红外线灯管采用特殊进口低炫光辐射红外线灯管。非同一般的机械强度和防水性能,**红外线渗透率石英玻璃制造。
4、 隔热效果,本机里面采用特殊的保温材料,保持里面的热气不会传到烤箱外面来,不会让车间的温度升高。
5、 用红外线加温烤箱缩短,加快了胶水的蒸发,一般烤箱是热风循环系统,蒸汽得不得外排,灯管使用寿命短,且容易爆裂,本公司对这个问题得到了解决,本机有热风循环系统,亦可把里面的蒸汽抽出。
6、 红外线烤箱升温快,可以在1-2分达到80度,同时采用了电压控制模块保温,它可以把功耗降压到4-2KW来保持80度的温度,保持温度持恒……

- Heat insulation effect: Special heart insulation material is adopted inside the machine, which keeps heat inside from being transmitted beyond the oven and preventstemperature in the workshop from being improved.
- Heating the oven with infrared ray speeds up evaporation of adhesive. Hot-air circulation system is adopted for a general oven, with which steam can not beexhausted, service life of light tube is short and the light tube is easy to be exploded. We have solved this problem satisfactorily. A hot-air circulation system is also installed in this machineand steam can also be exhausted.
