Application
为金属拉链的牙头进行抛光处理，同时具有抛光刷磨损自动修正功能，使拉链的品质更高。抛光后的牙头任何一角度无利口、毛刺。
This machine is used to polish the teeth head of metal zippers and the worn polishing brush can be automatically amended, also make the zipper have higher quality. There are no burr and sharp placein any angle of teeth head after polished. 
构造原理
Structure Principle
主要根据牙头方位、形状设计而成，先经过6个角度不同的夹具进行平行移位，配合10个抛光轮对金属拉链进行正反方向、先粗后精的全方位抛光。
This machine is designed according to the position and shape of teeth head. After parallel shifted in 6 different angles and clamps, the teeth head will be polished by 10 pcs of polishing wheelscompsitively from positive to negative direction and from rough to fine.
