    我公司生产的全自动莲子添加机，通过准确的控制系统、精简的机械结构来完成莲子添加过程。整机选材精良、性能稳定、体积小、操作简单、调节方便等优点。广泛应于易拉罐灌装生产线中。

    该机通过旋转装置将存放在容器莲子均匀分布该装置中，该装置采用PLC可编程控制器准确无误的控制步进电机，准确性得到保障。再通过带有导向功能的下料装置准确无误的添加至易拉罐中。再加上各个关键部位安装检测开关及其他辅助结构，从而使生产中的添加合格率可高达99%以上。

KYLZ Series Lotus Seed Full-Auto Adding Machine

Full-automatic lotus seed adding machine manufactured by our company can complete the lotus seed adding process through correct control system and simple mechanical structure. The machine has many advantages including fine material, stable performance, small volume, simple operation, and convenient adjustment. It is widely used in easy-open can filling production line. 

The machine distributes the lotus seeds stored in the container by a rotating device which can control the stepping motor correctly by programmable logic controller (PLC) so that the correctness is ensured, and adds the lotus seeds into easy-open cans correctly through a material feeding device with guidance function. With the detect switches installed at all key parts and other auxiliary structures, it can ensure the adding qualified rate during production can be higher than 99%.

二、产品特点：

1.莲子添加机设置有触摸屏，可在触摸屏上切换手动和自动模式，修改系统参数，操作简单方便，易于上手。

2.手动模式手动设定主机速度，自动模式由装设在要跟随速度的主机或输送上的编码器反馈信号给PLC，PLC发出指令确保莲子主机速度和要跟随速度一致。

3.莲子添加机体积小巧现场安装方便，其安装形式一般为上部横跨在输送上端，现场安装整体不需要做过大改动。当更换产品不需要添加莲子时，只需将螺旋器两端螺丝拆下，换上护栏即可。

4.该机设有进罐无罐停机，有罐启动，出罐挤罐停机，排除故障自动启动功能；该机设有计数功能，以便统计每个班次生产量。

5.该机料斗设置有振动器，防止物料分层及物料贴附于料斗壁上，造成缺料假象导致主机停机。

6.整机采用触摸屏，编码器，步进电机，西门子PLC控制，采用特制的机械传动机构，确保莲子添加准确。
